TERMS OF SERVICES

YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL TERMS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE NEXT PAGE.

USER AGREEMENT

  • By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.

  • I will not be held responsible for any misconception if you do not read my TOS thoroughly.

  • Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

  • These TOS can be updated and apply equally to any previous and non-previous customers.

  • Navigating through this page and submission of your order form ensures further confirmation you understand and will comply within all terms.

GENERAL​

  • You may not upload or host my work in any playlist/store that is intended to display your own work only.

  • You may not claim my work as your own.

  • You MUST CREDIT ME. No ifs, ands, or buts. 

  • You are NOT authorized to change, modify, remix, or edit my works without my permission.

  • Once it is finished I will send you the requested files via Google Drive link or business E-Mail.

  • You, the Client, are responsible for saving any wav. files, contracts, and/or any other digital data I provide.

  • Please do not share the file with third parties unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

  • I will always be able to post wips and previews of your commission, especially for streaming purposes included; if you wish for your request to be exclusive/private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

  • A fee will be applied for the privacy request, this is because I lose out on my chance to display my current skills for potential customers...will require similar tier percentage of exclusive licensing.

  • I can change my prices without notice even if you have a slot reserved on my waitlist.

PAYMENT

  • Payment with Paypal (invoice)/ Cashapp / or Bank transfer too, even international.

  • PAYPAL FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN MY BASE PRICES.

  • Rush fees are at least + 30% of the commission. 

  • I will give you an estimated delivery time, but it can be variable due to workload and personal life, if you want a rush order, It will cost extra.

  • No refunds or chargeback to my Paypal possible, also applies to deposit or payment plans.

  • If you request a Paypal chargeback you will lose all the rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way; I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence plus your email confirmation of my TOS.

  • The refund is possible only if I delete the commission or I´m not able to do it.

  • ONCE AGAIN, Paying for the invoice means the commissioner acknowledge and accepts these terms and conditions.

PAYMENT PLAN

  • Payment plans are accepted only if the amount is substantial or to hold a spot, paying the half.

  • The sum of each installment as well as the time period will be discussed and documented beforehand.

  • You are expected to continuously pay said installments without being reminded until everything of the total sum is covered.

  • If we agree on a payment plan (of any kind, even half/half), after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan, for any reasons at all.

  • The refund is possible only if I delete the commission or I´m not able to do it.

LICENSING TIERS - SOCIAL & COMMERCIAL​

  • The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the sound file publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted music, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, DistroKid, Beatstars, a personal site, etc).

  • You need always to credit me as the creator of the product, in any case.

  • Licensing terms will be applied to original compositions.

  • Based on the license ordered, you will be submitted a custom licensing agreement contract to the tier you selected. The form will be signed and submitted electronically along with the full, or final installment of payment of the commission, agreeing to it's terms before you receive the final product.

  • ALL COMPOSITIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO BEING LICENSABLE IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON UTILIZING IT PUBLICALLY.
